Dana Carver, General Manager – Courtyard Burlington Harbor
Born and raised in Vermont, Dana's interest in tourism was sparked at a young age. She honed her skills at the River Valley Technical Center before pursuing a degree in Travel and Tourism Management at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island.
Dana's journey with Westport began in 2015 when she joined the front desk team at the Courtyard Burlington Harbor Hotel. Through her dedication and genuine love for the industry, she rose through the ranks, serving as Supervisor, Front Office Manager, and Assistant General Manager. In 2023, Dana's leadership and commitment to excellence were recognized with her promotion to General Manager.
As General Manager, Dana is dedicated to providing exceptional experiences for guests and fostering a positive work environment for her team. Her vision for Courtyard Burlington Harbor Hotel is one of continued growth and innovation, ensuring our guests feel at home from the moment they arrive. Outside of work, Dana enjoys cycling and spending time with her partner and their dog in Colchester, Vermont.
