Most recently, he served as General Manager of White Barn Inn & Spa, where he successfully led operations, elevated service standards, and delivered exceptional guest experiences aligned with the acclaimed Auberge Collection brand.

Throughout his career, Heinrich has held leadership roles at several distinguished luxury properties, including Four Seasons Hotel Beverly Hills, Resort at Pelican Hill, Fairmont Grand Del Mar, in California, Stowe Mountain Lodge, in Vermont, Cliff House, and White Barn Inn in Maine.

Known for his people-focused leadership style, Heinrich is passionate about cultivating strong service cultures rooted in authenticity, consistency, and genuine care.
