The Banquet Captain is responsible for the successful operation and administration of all aspects within the banquets department. The Banquet Captain must ensure the department remains balanced and focused on delivering an exceptional food and beverage experience, while supporting a team of banquet servers and bartenders. The Banquet Captain is responsible for ensuring that all banquet responsibilities are carried out professionally, to standards, and at the highest level of service.

  • A passion for hospitality

  • Thrives in a team environment while focusing on inclusion and support of others

  • Must be available for flexible, ever-changing schedules, weekends, and holidays are required

  • Relevant food service experience - minimum one year in event or catering operations

  • Ability to lift 50-100 lbs assisted

  • Walking up and down stairs multiple times in a shift

  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time

We offer competitive wages and benefits. This is a hourly position with a rate of $22.00–$24.00 depending on shift, experience and qualifications.
