As a valued member of the front desk team, you play an integral role in shaping the guest journey—from the moment of arrival through departure—ensuring each interaction is warm, personalized, and memorable. What we expect from you
Deliver warm, genuine hospitality by creating welcoming, personalized, and memorable experiences for every guest
Provide a seamless and efficient check-in and check-out experience, ensuring accuracy, comfort, and attention to detail at every step
Manage phone, email, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and care, assisting guests with reservations, cancellations, and special requests
Serve as a knowledgeable local ambassador with a passion for Vermont, offering thoughtful recommendations and concierge-style service
Embrace the role of host by fostering an inviting atmosphere where every guest feels valued and at home
Build authentic connections with guests, recognizing returning visitors and personalizing their stay whenever possible
Resolve guest concerns with empathy, urgency, and a solutions-oriented mindset to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
Collaborate closely with housekeeping and team members to ensure rooms and services consistently meet high standards
Anticipate guest needs and go above and beyond to exceed expectations at every opportunity
Communicate clearly and respectfully with both guests and colleagues, contributing to a positive, efficient, and service-driven team environment
Position Requirements:
Must be available for flexible schedules, including days, evenings & weekends, and holidays
Has 1 year of customer service experience.
Must be able to lift #25 repeatedly during a day to assist with guest luggage when needed.
Must be able to stand throughout shift
We offer competitive wages and benefits with a base hourly rate of $18.00 –$20.00
